The Texas State Fair is gearing up for an in-person celebration with COVID guidelines between September 24 and October 17. The Fair will ask visitors to wear masks indoors and offer vaccinations. Dallas County is setting up a vaccination clinic behind Big Tex and giving $20 in free food and ride coupons to get vaccinated.
