On the basketball court tonight, the Honey Grove Lady Warriors will host Detroit, and the Paris Wildcats will host Anna. They moved that game to 5:00 pm due to the football game.

Chisum lady Mustangs will host North Lamar, the North Lamar Panthers will host Whitewright, and the Prairiland girls will host Daingerfield.

They expect Golden State Warriors star Klay Thompson to miss the entire 2020-21 season after an MRI confirmed a torn right Achilles tendon, the team announced Thursday. The five-time All-Star was injured Wednesday while competing against current and former NBAers at a Los Angeles gym. He missed the entire 2019-20 campaign after tearing his left ACL during Game 6 of last year’s NBA Finals.
