Sulphur Springs Police conducted a stop of an SUV for a traffic violation and arrested a local woman in the vehicle on a federal warrant. Officers charged 36-year-old Tiffany Shunta Gasaway with a U.S. Marshals warrant for violating probation on a smuggling aliens charge.

Cook County arrested a Louisiana woman on a Hopkins County narcotics warrant. They transported 34-year-old Chelsey Nichole Cole back to the Hopkins County Jail and booked her on a bond forfeiture warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
