Kimberly-Clark Gets Fined

The Paris News is reporting that the Kimberly-Clark plant in Paris has been fined by OSHA in connection with the death of an employee. Reportedly, 60-year-old Carl Kuhle, of Bogata, was struck by a vehicle at the plant and died after he was transported to the hospital. The company was fined $13,260 for a safety violation.
