Texas is suing Google for engaging in what Attorney General Ken Paxton called “anticompetitive and exclusionary practices.” That eliminates competition for internet searches and search advertising. Texas joins the U.S. Department of Justice and ten other states in filing an antitrust suit challenging Google’s exclusionary business practices.
