Man Charged In Death Of Miller County Jail Guard

The investigation is continuing into the fatal attack of a female prison guard at the Miller County jail in Texarkana, Arkansas. Officer Lisa Maudlin died after she was attacked Sunday by an inmate.  Another female guard , Demaris Allen was also injured in the incident. The Texarkana Gazette is reporting that inmate Tramell MacKenzie Hunter has been charged with capital murder.
