Man Charged In Fatal Hunt County Hit and Run

Greenville police are continuing to investigate a hit and run crash that claimed the life of a 59 year old pedestrian. The victim, who has not been identified,  was hit in the 7600 block of Wesley street by a pickup that fled the scene.  Police say the pickup driver then struck another vehicle on the I-30 service road near the IHOP and continued driving until he was stopped by a state trooper.  Brandon Burcham was charged with Intoxication Manslaughter, Failure to Stop and Render Aid and several other charges. The pickup was seized as evidence.
