Wake Village Police arrested Russell Soule, 33, of Atlanta, in connection with a murder that happened in 2017. He is charged in the death of Lindsey Torres, 31, in Wake Village on September 15, 2017. Police say the two lived together in an apartment. Police say an autopsy showed Torres died from drowning and other injuries. However, they could not pinpoint her exact manner of death.
