North Texas School Bus Driver Arrested

A Mesquite ISD bus driver was arrested on Tuesday for solicitation of a minor. Officials charged 63-year-old Ruben Castillo with criminal solicitation of a minor to commit sexual assault of a child. He had been with the district for 11 years.
