Oklahoma Man Guilty Of Murder For Driving Into HS Cross Country Team

A Cleveland County, Oklahoma jury has convicted the man accused of crashing into a Moore Oklahoma High School Cross-Country team, killing three, and injuring several others. A court found 58-year-old Max Townsend guilty of three counts of second-degree murder and leaving the scene of a fatality accident and four counts of leaving the scene of an injury accident. The jury recommended life in prison on the murder charges, but formal sentencing is August 19.
