One Contested Race For Paris City Council

There will be only one contested seat for the Paris City Council in the May 6 Municipal Election. Mayor Paula Portugal is not running for Place 7 because of term limits. Richard Thompson and Rudy Kessel are the two candidates vying for that seat. The only candidate to file for District 5 is Rebecca Norment. Incumbent Mihir Pankaj is unopposed for District 4. Early voting is between April 24 and May 2.
