The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation has completed its investigation into the shooting of a robbery suspect and three children by Hugo Police Department detectives during a confrontation. Reportedly, 21-year-old William Devaughn Smith and the children, ages one, four and five, were treated for non-life-threatening injuries during the incident. Smith was charged with the armed robbery of the Pizza Hut in Hugo. OSBI’s report has not been made public.
