Paris City Council Passes Landlord Regs

A new ordinance has been unanimously approved by the Paris City Council governing how landlords must maintain rental properties. All homes must have running water, properly wired electricity, if applicable, properly working gas,  a stable foundation and roof, glass in the window frames and working doors.
