Paris Police Report For Wednesday (Apr 25)

Tuesday morning after 9:15 Paris Police arrested Jeremy Ricks, 26, in the 1000-block of Fitzhugh after a traffic stop. He attempted to discard a sandwich size bag with several baggies, containing synthetic marijuana and a scale.

Officers worked a burglary in the 1100-block of NE 6th. An unknown suspect had forced entry into the building and took a television. The investigation is ongoing. Another theft occurred in the 300-block of Stone Ave. A possible known suspect had entered the complainant’s residence and took several tools. The investigation is ongoing.

Paris Police responded to 91 calls for service and arrested eight people over the past 24 hours ending at 6:00 am Wednesday (Apr 25).
