Reno Man Surrenders on Indecency With A Child Charges

Bond has been set at $150,000 for a Reno man who surrendered to authorities on a warrant for indecency with a child by sexual contact. 31 year old Silas Lynn Hornback is accused of touching an 11 year old child inappropriately on more than one occasion. The warrant was issued after a joint investigation by Reno police, Paris police, CPS and Childrens Advocacy Center.
