A trial is set to begin tomorrow in Upshur County for a 32-year-old Titus County man accused of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Steven Seth Rosewell allegedly shot a woman after driving her around the area and then dropping her off at the sidewalk in front of a Longview hospital. He has pleaded not guilty.
