A local couple was arrested by Sulphur Springs Police on felony drug charges after a traffic stop on the I-30 service road near College Street. A K9 alerted on the vehicle occupied by Linda Vienne Trussell and Anthony Glenn Ewton and a black bag was found containing a pill bottle with baggies containing suspected heroin and methamphetamine. Bond for each suspect was set at $25,000.
