Texarkana Man Faces Additional Charges

A Bowie County man who was out on a $200,000 bond on two counts of child grooming was arrested again—this time for online solicitation of a minor. They released Matthew Riddle after posting an additional $100,000 bond. He was allegedly sending sexually suggestive messages and videos to girls under the age of 18.
