The Texas Legislature has given final approval to the Republican-led election bill that Democrats stalled by breaking quorum in both regular and special sessions. The House voted 80-41 to approve the final version Tuesday afternoon. The Texas Senate later approved the bill, and it’s on Governor Abbott’s desk to be signed.
