Titus County Sheriff’s Investigators arrested Troy Lynn Blackwell and Krista Blackwell when they were in the process of attempting to sell some stolen material from XTO property in Titus County.
Investigators recently received recent information that the Blackwells were selling the suspicious material that is unique to the oil and gas field production industry and confirmed that this latest and previous sale involved property stolen from XTO.
Both were arrested for the State Jail Felony Offense of theft of property while having two or more prior convictions for theft. Krista Blackwell was also booked into the Titus County Jail on warrant related to a Motion to Enforce Child Support out of Red River County.
