Truck Ends In Red River Killing Its Driver

A crash at the Red River Bridge early Monday morning claimed the life of Stephen Neece, 67, of Paris. His truck crashed off of the Red River Bridge after running off the road, bouncing off one guardrail before hitting through the guardrail on the other side. Troopers said Neece’s truck landed in the river, pinning him for an unknown time. They pronounce Neece at the scene.
