A State trooper arrested a man who fled on foot after driving the wrong way on Interstate 20 in Van Zandt County and crashed his car into an 18-wheeler early Sunday morning. The suspect, Christian Gomez, whose hometown was not available, was taken to an area hospital to treat unknown injuries. Alcohol may have been a factor in the crash.
