Abbott Optimistic About Slower Growth Of COVID-19

Governor Greg Abbott says there is hope coming from the latest numbers regarding the slowing of the growth of the coronavirus, and plans are in the works to reopen Texas businesses slowly. Opening businesses may take some time.

Abbott said an announcement would be made later this week on whether schools will remain closed for the rest of the school year. Abbott previously ordered them to be closed until May 4.
