An iconic piece of the State Fair is back in Dallas. Big Tex is back in his rightful home on Big Tex Circle. The 55- foot tall cowboy has been in quarantine for quite some time. For the first time, Big Tex is wearing a face mask fit for a giant. It’s about 7 feet by 4 feet and says “howdy folks” across the front.
