Higgins Students Learn Healthy Habits by Moving

While learning about healthy lifestyles and upon completing the annual Skip, Jump and Run fundraiser, students at Higgins Elementary gathered at R. L. Maddox Stadium to walk or jog the track with parents and grandparents.  Sponsored by the elementary PE Departments at North Lamar ISD, the fundraiser benefits the NL Children’s Fund which helps students in the district with needs throughout the year and with the Angel Tree at Christmas.
