Hopkins County Insurance For Death Penalty Case Defense

Hopkins County has again entered into a program that offers an insurance program to assist with the astronomical expenses incurred in a capital murder trial with a death penalty involved. The program would provide a council and a special investigator. Without the insurance, the costs a county would incur could reach hundreds of thousands of dollars.
