North Texas Serial Killer Murdered In Prison Cell

Billy Joe ChemirmirOn Tuesday morning, convicted North Texas serial killer 50-year-old Billy Chemirmir was reportedly killed by his cellmate in a state prison. Chemirmir was serving life in prison without parole after he was twice found guilty of capital murder by Dallas County. They accused him of killing 20 other older women in Dallas and Collin counties, and still faced charges while repeatedly proclaiming his innocence.
