Former Fannin County Police Officer Arrested Again

The Fannin County District Attorney says a former Trenton reserve officer has been arrested again, this time for bail jumping. John Shuler was scheduled to appear in court Thursday morning but didn’t show up, and was arrested a short time later. Shuler had been indicted for allegedly pretending to be a judge and signing a search warrant for a blood draw while he was working a DWI stop in April. Other charges may be added today.
