Plea Bargain Reached In East Texas Drug Trafficking

An East Texas man has reached a plea bargain with federal prosecutors after a large amount of cocaine and a large weapons cache was found during a raid of his home. Hubert Wright of Tyler pleaded guilty to two of the charges against him – possession with intent to distribute 5 pounds of the narcotics and possession of a firearm during a drug trafficking crime. He has not yet been sentenced.
