Contractor Sentenced In Hopkins County

Sentencing for the building and renovation contractor convicted of theft of property valued at more than $1500 but less than $20,000 was held today in the courtroom at the Hopkins County jail because of other business at the courthouse. Chad Alan Cappiello was sentenced to the maximum, 2 years in state jail. Assistant District Attorney Clay Harrison who prosecuted the case, indicated the sentence would be served day for day.
