A man wanted on outstanding warrants for credit/debit card arrest was located by Hopkins County deputies on Charles Street in Sulphur Springs and arrested on the warrants. Bond was set at $5,000 for 62-year-old Bradley Ray Skidmore. Meanwhile, further investigation led to a back bedroom of the house where methamphetamine was located and 20-year-old Michal Anthony Huckabay was arrested on third-degree felony drug charges. His bond was set at $25,000.
