An East Texas man is the second in a group of suspects who have pleaded guilty in federal court to trafficking methamphetamine and cocaine. Markeistus Jermaine Gipson, of Carthage, was one of 13 people arrested as part of an ATF and Panola County Sheriff’s investigation. He has not been sentenced but faces between one and 40 years in prison.
