Mt Pleasant Woman Suing Bank

The Texarkana Gazette is reporting a lawsuit by Brenda Thompson, of Mt Pleasant. She is suing Capital One Bank for violating state and federal debt collection laws. Thompson alleged in her suit, that she received over 200 calls from the bank, despite telling them to stop.
