A Marshall Mom Sues Daycare

A Marshall woman has filed a lawsuit against a daycare, claiming her 11-month-old daughter suffered second-degree burns due to the daycare’s negligence. The lawsuit alleges that the daughter was in daycare on August 3, taken outside without shoes or socks, and allowed to walk barefoot in 104-degree heat. The daycare voluntarily closed on August 28, and customers had cited multiple violations of the operation.
