Abbott Signs Insulin Relief Bill

Governor Abbott signs a bill to give Texans a break on the rising price of insulin. The new law limits the co-pay for a 30-day supply of the drug to $25. Governor Abbott says it’s an essential step for people with diabetes, who may be struggling to pay for their medication. About 11-percent of Texans have diabetes.
