Gregg County Jail After deliberating about five hours, a Gregg County jury has found 27-year-old Montorio Dewayne Harris not guilty of murder. Harris had been charged with killing 34-year-old Donald Ray Kenney of Lakeport. His body was found along railroad tracks near Southwest Loop 281 in Longview.
