A Collin County man has been sentenced to 40 year in prison after pleading guilty to aggravated robbery. Thirty-seven-year-old Victor Carl Terry stabbed his elderly aunt at the home they shared in McKinney and stole her laptop, tablet and other items. After his arrest he assaulted a guard at the Collin County Jail, and pleaded guilty to that charge as well.
