Higgins Students Mail Valentines to Their Families

Amanda Barnett’s kindergarten students at Higgins Elementary wait in line to receive a stamp to mail their valentines. The field trip to the Paris Post Office Tuesday morning gave the postal service time for their valentines to arrive to family member by Valentine’s Day on Friday.
