High Court Denies Appeal From Garland Killer

The U.S. Supreme Court has denied the appeal of a Death Row inmate convicted of murdering a Garland convenience store employee in 2012. Court records state that 36-six-year-old Matthew Johnson admitted he was drunk and high on crack when he walked into the store. He doused 76-year-old Nancy Harris with lighter fluid and set her on fire.
