Hopkins County Deputies responded to a welfare concern on Hwy 19 South and located a Fruitvale man lying on the side of the road. He was 25-year-old Thomas Warren Masters Johnson, and they found him in possession of a credit card belonging to another person. Deputies learned that he had used the card at the movie theater and a fast food restaurant, and they charged him with Fraudulent Possession of a Credit Card and Credit Card Abuse. His bonds total $20,000.
Dakota Ray Miller was arrested in Hopkins County on New Year’s Eve for Possession of more than one but less than four grams of a Controlled Substance. They also charged him with Assault Causing Bodily Injury to a Family Member. At last report, he was in the county jail.
Deputies arrested Christian Alexander Plunkett in Hopkins County for Possession of a Controlled Substance of more than one but less than four grams. They also charged him with a misdemeanor marijuana charge and traffic violations.
Tommy Webb was arrested Saturday in Hopkins County on three counts of Violation of Probation. Bowie County had issued the warrants. At last report, Webb was in the Hopkins County Jail.
