A Hopkins County Sheriff’s Deputy noticed Brandon Wayne Clemins, 26, doing 100 in a 60-mph zone heading west on Highway 11 near County Road 4724. It was Sunday night around 11:00. The chase ended down an alleyway of Caddo St. in Commerce. Officers arrested Clemins and transported him to the Hopkins County Jail. It will be a third-degree felony charge.
