A shooting in Texarkana early Monday morning left Jason Hubbard, 16, dead. It occurred around 1:30 am in an apartment 1000 block of College Drive. Authorities arrested a 16-year-old in connection with the shooting and took him to the juvenile detention facility. They think they were friends, and police recovered a gun at the scene that the owner had previously reported stolen out of Hope, Ark.
