Man Killed When Electronic Cigarette Explodes

The Tarrant County Medical Examiner says a North Texas man is dead after an electronic cigarette he was using exploded. Twenty-four-year-old William Eric Brown of Fort Worth of died at the hospital after shrapnel from the blast severed his left carotid artery.
