Most Of NE Texas Escapes Severe Storms

Most of Northeast Texas escaped the brunt of the storms that moved through the area Wednesday night. The most severe weather was in the counties south of I-20, where there were reports of large hail and wind damage to trees, power lines, and structures. In some counties, a tornado watch was in effect until 1:00 am, but there were no confirmed reports of tornados touching down.
