North Texas Firefighter Dies Battling California Wildfires

A small North Texas Fire Department is mourning the loss of one of its own. Diana Jones had served with the Cresson Volunteer Fire Department for five years. A massive fire in Northern California killed her Sunday while she was helping battle it. Jones was a widow who leaves behind two adult sons. Cresson is a small town in the corners of Hood, Johnson, and Parker counties.
