An Upshur County grand jury has indicted the man accused of killing two sisters on capital murder charges. The state is accusing 41-year-old Alvin Charles McKnight, Jr., of fatally shooting Mandy Ray and Dermetrica Dashaunda Waters at Ray’s home last November. McKnight was captured in California and deported back to Texas, where his bond is $5 million.
