Titus County Charges Dismissed In Connection With Allegedly Forged Will

KLTV is reporting that Titus County prosecutors have dropped charges because of insufficient evidence against three Omaha residents and one Mount Pleasant resident in connection to an alleged forged will. Barbara Hightower, Emerson Justiss, David Elmore, and Daniel Hightower were arrested in September. No other information was released.
