Wildfire In Fannin County

The Fannin County Office of Emergency Management credited the weather with helping crews slow the spread of the wildfire in the Monkstown area. On Monday, a massive fire on private land north of Country Road 2415 pushed north into the Caddo Grasslands. They called Telephone and Honey Grove Volunteer Fire Departments and the U.S. Forest Service to help battle the blaze.
