DPS Fires Ranger Over Response To Uvalde Massacre

The DPS has fired another officer in connection with the Uvalde school massacre. A letter from DPS Director Steve McCraw indicated that Texas Ranger Christopher Ryan Kindell should have recognized the incident was an active shooter situation that demanded a dynamic shooter response rather than a barricaded subject situation.
