A passenger in a vehicle stopped for a defective taillight by a Hopkins County Deputy was arrested on a felony charge from another county. A record check of all the occupants of the pickup that had been stopped revealed that 28-year-old Ryan Scott Phillips was wanted in Wood County on a warrant for Aggravated Assault With A Deadly Weapon.
